Five ways to raise the room.
Every booking starts the same way: we learn your event, your goals, and your crowd, then build a custom plan and line-up around them. These are the five things we do best.
Fundraising banquets & galas
Door greeting, table visits, and a polished presence that sets the tone the moment guests arrive — plus the auctions and raffles that drive the night. Experienced sellers lift ticket volume, auction models show merchandise so every lot gets its moment, and we can help plan ticket packages, games, and sequencing to keep momentum high all night.
Rule of thumb: 1 model per 100 guests

Conventions
We're regularly hired for large conventions — the Sportsman's Expo, Safari Club International, and shows in Reno, Texas, Utah, Nashville, and Sacramento. Bring the team in to run raffle sales for the entire convention, or have models represent your company at your booth so it draws a crowd all weekend.

Golf tournaments
Models at tee boxes and on the course selling raffle tickets, running games, and keeping players engaged between holes. A tournament moves fast; a good team keeps the energy and the fundraising moving with it.
As many models as you like · flat fee for the round, typically 4–5 hours · models can stay on for the banquet after

Product promotions
Launches, brand activations, and trade shows staffed with models who learn the product and represent it well. Branded or uniform attire available, so the team reads as an extension of your brand, not a rental.
As many models as your event needs · hours & pricing built around it

We work events in California, Idaho, Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, Michigan, Utah, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, Ohio, Montana, Washington, and Wyoming. If your event is farther afield, ask; travel is usually workable.
For a fundraising event, the rule of thumb is one model per 100 people in attendance; large events and tournaments may want more. Tell us about the event and we'll recommend a number; there's no obligation.
Whatever suits the event: elegant black-tie, branded or uniform attire, or themed looks. We'll agree on wardrobe with you ahead of time so the team fits the room from the first minute.
Earlier is always safer, especially for weekend dates in peak season; the calendar runs to four hundred events a year. That said, reach out even on short notice; we can often make it work.
Yes. Every model works under a signed independent contractor agreement, which sets professional standards of conduct and protects both the client and the agency. For specifics about your event, contact Mandi directly.
Pricing depends on the number of models, hours, and travel involved, so we quote each event individually. Send the details through the booking form or call 209.604.9969 and we'll get you a straightforward answer quickly.
