Mandi's Models
About

Twenty years of showing up beautifully.

Mandi's Models was founded in 2006 by Mandi Costa, after years of working fundraisers, golf tournaments, and product promotions herself. She knew what organizers needed because she had stood in those banquet halls: models who arrive on time, know the room, and treat every guest like the most important person at the table.

What began as one woman's roster of trusted colleagues has grown into a team of more than sixty-five professional models working over four hundred events a year. Based in California, the team serves the whole state and travels for events across the country.

The formula has never changed: understand the event, match the right people to it, and deliver a plan built around the client's goals rather than a one-size-fits-all package.

The road so far
2006

Mandi Costa founds Mandi's Models in California, staffing fundraisers and banquets with a small circle of experienced models.

Growth

The roster grows past sixty-five models and the calendar past four hundred events a year, with clients across the entire state of California.

Beyond

The team travels for events in Idaho, Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, Michigan, Utah, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, Ohio, Montana, Washington, and Wyoming.

Today

Two decades in, the standard is the same: a custom plan for every event and a team that treats each one like the season's biggest night.

The standard

Professional

Every model on the team is experienced and vetted, and each one works under a signed independent contractor agreement. That contract protects the client and the agency alike, and sets clear expectations for conduct at every event.

Punctual

Events run on schedules, and so do we. Models arrive ahead of time, briefed on the venue, the client, and the plan for the evening. When doors open, the team is already in place.

Personable

Selling raffle tickets and greeting guests is people work. We look for warmth as much as polish, because the best compliment we get is that guests remember how welcome they felt.
